Venues are hired out subject to availability.
All bookings are considered provisional unless confirmed in writing. Rates quoted are exclusive of 1% tourism levy.

Deposit Policy Payables
4 months prior to event 20% of total cost
3 months prior to event 40% of total cost
1 month prior to event 80% of total cost
7 day or less to event 100% of total cost
Postponement policy
0 to 10 days before event 20% of the venue cost
Cancellation policy
0 days to the event 100% of the value of latest contract signed
Between 1 – 14 days 50% of the value of the latest contract signed
Between 15 – 30 days 20% of the value of the latest contract signed

Final catering/setup numbers are required 48 working hours prior to the function.
100% no show fee will be charged if not communicated 24 hours before start of function.
Crossroads Hotel reserves the right to amend rates at any time without notice.
Crossroads Hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings forthwith or reserves the right to offer alternative facilities without any
responsibility on its part in the event of:

  • Any occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the Hotel which shall prevent it from performing its obligations in connection with the booking.
  • If the booking might, in the opinion of the Hotel, prejudice the reputation of the Hotel.

 

The Client will be responsible for any losses, actions, costs, claims, damages, expenses and liabilities which the Hotel may incur as a result of the function.
Note that it is prohibited to consume food and drink on the premises not supplied by the Hotel.
