Armed with a 3-year Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management, obtained in 2007, and later a Bachelor of Business Administration, Ann boasts of over 15 years experience in the Hospitality Industry. Having previously worked for 3 other big brands in Malawi, she joined Crossroads Lilongwe as an Administration Officer and Sales & Marketing Manager and rose through the ranks to become General Manager for Crossroads Blantyre. She has also served as Board of Directors in the Malawi Tourism Council since 2018.  She gets up every morning fired up and ready for another exciting new day at the office, meeting and learning from various people.

Wenasi has 4 years in the Sales and Marketing industry after obtaining her Bachelor of Commerce – Marketing degree. She has a passion for marketing and always strives for greatness. One of the youngest members of the vibrant and creative team. She is motivated by customer satisfaction and always seeks the best service for customers. She carries the Crossroads Hotels brand on her shoulders and works diligently towards growing the brand even further.

While most people might actively avoid chaos, Jones thrives on it. As a food and beverage manager, he makes sure that everything is where it needs to be when it needs to be there. How does someone like this relax you might ask, he goes hiking in some of the most picturesque trails that Malawi has to offer.
